We ship through Australia Post and we have been told by our local post office that Standard shipping parcels will take between 4-7 working days to arrive. Deliveries outside of Victoria may take up to 14 days. Express shipping is still an option at checkout however we cannot guarantee that the item will be delivered next day.

Vintage Garments: We've sourced some absolute beauties for you, we hope you love them as much as we do!

All vintage garments are sold 'as is'. We don't offer exchange or refunds on these products. We've worked hard on providing a detailed description and sizing guide so that you can find your perfect fit. Please don't hesitate to get in touch HERE if you would like to know any more information on a product!

Exchanges: If a customer would like to exchange an item they must first email us with a request within one week of receiving the order. After approval, we will inform them of wether the item can be exchanged and what the return instructions are. All postage costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Any items sent back without prior notice via email may not be honoured.

Faulty Goods: Muscrats takes pride in triple checking the quality of its goods prior to delivery. If you do however receive an item that does appear broken or faulty please contact us immediately. To make a claim for faulty good/s please supply photographic evidence to support your claim. The first step is to email us as soon as you receive your item with a detailed description of the issue. Once approved, we will request that the item is shipped back to us for assessment. If we determine that the fault is indeed through no fault of the customer we will then replace the goods or refund the cost of the good in question. If the good is being replaced by Muscrats we will also cover the cost of sending the good back to the customer.
